DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE – GENERAL AVIATION. 

High Exposure Inc. is seeking to fill this position in its Woodbine, NJ office.

High Exposure, Inc. is a small general aviation (GA) Aerial Advertising company based in Woodbine, NJ. Our company operates 17 single-engine aircraft (172's, 150's, PA-18's, PA-12's)

and we service other GA aircraft to include light twins. As we are a small, privately-owned general aviation aircraft company - we do not provide services for commercial planes, jets or

other types of commercial or military aircraft. Our services are limited to small, single engine planes for limited commercial (advertising) and personal use. 

The Director of Maintenance (DOM) - General Aviation (GA) leads the aircraft maintenance division for these small planes and insures safe and reliable performance of aircraft maintenance and repair to assure all aircraft are available to meet daily flight schedule commitments.

• Directs all aircraft maintenance.
• Delegates authority to other aircraft mechanics/technicians/specialists in support of assuring all aircraft are well maintained with minimal down time.
• Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, interfacing with the FAA on FAR 91 operations
• Developing and maintaining the maintenance forecasting and budgeting system,
• Maintain a general knowledge of all work and inspections being performed.
• Review all records of work performed and maintain permanent records.
• Maintain and build upon knowledge and experience in all levels of maintenance, sheet metal, welding, paint, and engine overhaul.
• To the extent of their responsibilities, maintain a full understanding of the following materials with respect to the company’s operation:

o Aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.

o 14 CFR Chapter 1 as pertains to any/all maintenance performed.

o All appropriate maintenance and airworthiness requirements relative to Part 91 operations

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree – Aircraft Maintenance. At least 6 months experience – as an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor or Mechanic – hands-on experience performing aircraft maintenance & repairs on single engine, reciprocating engine aircraft to include Cessna 150 and 172 model aircraft. Must possess or be eligible to obtain, at a minimum prior to start of employment, certification to the level of an FAA Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) or FAA Inspector Authorization (IA).  Experience in aircraft restoration, painting, rigging, removal and instillation of aircraft engines and propeller preferred.  Must be willing to be enrolled in a FAA approved DOT drug abatement program at time of hire.

Position Hours: M-F / 9am-5pm.
